Lucas (Age 18)

Lucas came to his last piano lesson and did the podcast with me straight after his final HSC exam.
I have taught Lucas for the past 10 years and it has always been amazing to see his calm and relax demeanour towards everything in life.

I don't take new students for piano anymore but it's so good to see how kids like Lucas making piano and music to be part of his life. "it shouldn't be a chore" he said.

Lucas is definitely the most self-motivated kid I have ever seen. When I get very overwhelmed with things I always remember what Lucas said: "Everything is sort of working its way out. Nothing is going wrong. What do you have to worry about?" Some kids are quite wise. I do learn from him too. 

​We wish our dear Lucas fly high and wide in Uni and have amazing fun.
